Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly property and even have a well-groomed dog run for your pup to play off leash! The pet deposit is $400 and we have a 2 pet maximum. There are no monthly pet rents. Click here for a copy of our Pet Agreement.

Smoking Policy

For the health and safety of all residents, most areas of our property are non-smoking including inside units and on decks/porches. If you are a smoker, you must do so a minimum of 10 feet from all buildings and 25 feet from open doors and windows. Click here for a copy of the Smoking Addendum.

Deposit Information

Depending on the date your application is approved, your security deposit will be $600 to the amount of One Full Month's Rent. Our property manager can let you know what this amount will be when you submit your application.
