We have the following vacancies coming available during the month of July:

One Bedroom flat, one bathroom, ground, end apartment with no one above or below and no stairs. This has a nice patio with greenery. $1450 plus water/sewer.

Two Bedroom flat, one bathroom, ground apartment with nice patio and greenery. No Stairs. $1650 plus water/sewer.

Three Bedroom, one and a half bathroom, ground apartment. This apartment has all stainless steel appliances including a microwave. No body above or below and no stairs. It has a nice patio that looks out into the greenery. $2200 plus water/sewer.

All apartments have high efficiency AC/heater split units and white refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

Please email/call us with questions or to set up an appointment for a walk through. Available times are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm and most Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The times can sometimes be adjusted if needed. Please make an appointment.

Application Fee is $50.00 for background check including Personal information, income verification, rental history, criminal history, financial history, credit information.

Security Deposit: $600 if background check comes back with “Approved” or up to $1600 if background check comes back “full security”. (depends on how application comes back)

PET Deposit $400 per pet - Limit of two pets.

Our complex is very unique in the way it is built. Whether the apartment is on the bottom floor or top floor, there are usually no stairs to climb to get to the front door. We are nestled in an area among the trees which makes it feel calm and quiet like we are not in town. Yet we are centrally located and close to most everything.

We are privately owned and managed and will work with you to personalize your apartment hunting experience.
