All apartments have high efficiency AC/heater split units, updated faux wood blinds, and white appliances.
Please email/call us with questions or to set up an appointment for a walk through. Available times starting are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm and most Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The times can sometimes be adjusted if needed.

Room to roam with four acres of park-like setting. Ideal for working from home - quiet, safe, and secure. Dedicated dog -run for your pet. Laundry rooms sanitized regularly: masks, gloves and sanitizer always available. Caring on-site management and maintenance personnel. Ample off street parking and additional storage available. Walking distance to Hillsdale and Multnomah Villages. Located in SW Portland only minutes to Downtown Portland, Lewis and Clark, and OHSU.
Application Fee is $50.00 for background check including Personal information, income verification, rental history, criminal history, financial history, credit information.
Security Deposit: $600 if background check comes back with “Approved” or up to $1600 if background check comes back “full security”. (depends on how application comes back)
PET Deposit $400 per pet - Limit of two pets.
Our complex is very unique in the way it is built. Whether the apartment is on the bottom floor or top floor, there are usually no stairs to climb to get to the front door. We are nestled in an area among the trees which makes it feel calm and quiet like we are not in town. Yet we are centrally located and close to most everything.
We are privately owned and managed and will work with you to personalize your apartment hunting experience.
